| Sometimes I can sit here and feel so disconnected. And all I want to do is call the one person who I feel like talking to. But I bother her to no ends and I think she is avoiding me. I feel like shouting and exploding while at the same time hiding myself into a dark corner in my apartment and shutting off all the lights and disappearing from the world. She doesn't notice me. All I can think about is her.
Last year I told her how I felt, it was real fuckng romantic too, right out of some chick flick. And well, she "didn’t see me that way," I was just a friend to her. Nothing more. She said she never even thought of me as something more. When I tried to make it work, fucking whore stopped talking to me and things got awkward. SO fucking awkward, especially when I realized that I was the fool, sitting there, across from her and her ex, thinking I knew more than he did. I had the one up on the fucker; she was mine. Grinning. Pride. Then, when reality hits I cant take it. She doesn’t like me; I'm a whiney needy little fuck, who wants that?! She wants someone who’s, more, I don’t know a real man? Not a lumberjack brawny towel like man, but someone who is ...................... Grounded. So I run. I ran. I am running to New York City, the big apple. It’s so crazy, the film course I take so intense, the people so amazing I forget the Girl from home, but no it seems I didn’t forget her enough.
When I came home I dated a real amazing, cute, fun, good in bed girl, hot Thai, all together great, but In the end I find that it was just a way for myself to fill a void that she was leaving. Its funny how someone is so important to you, so much so that without her you feel sick. Every time your phone e rings, you get excited hoping it is them calling, and you find yourself being nasty to the people who are tying up your line when she is trying to get through. You’d do anything for her, and because of that she doesn’t want anything to do with you because you are nothing more then a yes man. A goodie-two-shoes-charlie-brown-nosing-cock without a brain. Who the fuck wants that.
Not me Sometimes, I think she likes me. sometimes she seems attracted to me, but other times appalled, WHAT AM I DOING WRONG I DO NOT GET IT
I can’t type fast enough to keep up with my feeling sand my fucking wrists kill. I work. I type at work. Allllll day, and even with looking at the keyboard I am making so many errors now I wont be able to read this shit heap tomorrow fuccck
I guess everyone has a form of release. Mine is typing, writing, expressing. Some people cut themselves, some people sing in the shower, fuck I don't know some people tell their secrets into the holes in tees and cover the holes with mud, entrusting their secret to a sturdy giant for years and years.
I write.
And much it can do.
All though sometimes I have come to really amazing conclusions from writing, sometimes I feel my conclusions hurt more than not, sometimes my writing is really, well, not good for sharing sometimes I think I should never show it, but that’s part of my sharing I need it to get out to the world.

Tithing,
Frankpledge:
Frankpledge was an English institution in which units (often referred to as a tithing) of ten households were bound together and held responsible for one another's conduct. All men over 12 years of age were joined in groups of approximately ten households. This unit, under a leader known as the chief-pledge or tithing-man, was then responsible for producing any man of that tithing suspected of a crime. The system originated in Anglo Saxon times, but continued into the Norman period.
Magna Carta:
Magna Carta was the most significant early influence on the long historical process that led to the rule of constitutional law today. Magna Carta required the king to renounce certain rights, respect certain legal procedures and accept that the will of the king could be bound by law.
Sir Robert Peel’s reform points(e):
The basic mission for which the police exist is to prevent crime and disorder.
The ability of the police to perform their duties is dependent upon the public approval of police actions.
Police must secure the willing co-operation of the public in voluntary observation of the law to be able to secure and maintain the respect of the public.
The degree of co-operation of the public that can be secured diminishes proportionately to the necessity of the use of physical force.
Police seek and preserve public favor not by catering to public opinion, but by constantly demonstrating absolute impartial service to the law.
Police use physical force to the extent necessary to secure observance of the law or to restore order only when the exercise of persuasion, advice, and warning is found to be insufficient.
Police, at all times, should maintain a relationship with the public that gives reality to the historic tradition that the police are the public and the public are the police; the police being only members of the public who are paid to give full-time attention to duties which are incumbent upon every citizen in the interests of community welfare and existence.
Police should always direct their action strictly towards their functions, and never appear to usurp the powers of the judiciary.
The test of police efficiency is the absence of crime and disorder, not the visible evidence of police action in dealing with it
The 3 Eras of Policing (e)
Parens Patriae:
Refers to the public policy power of the state to usurp the rights of the natural parent, legal guardian or informal carer, and to act as the parent of any child or individual who is in need of protection, such as a child whose parents are unable or unwilling to take care of him or her, or an incapacitated and dependent individual
Bill of Rights In the United States of America, the Bill of Rights is the term for the first ten amendments to the United States Constitution. These amendments explicitly limit the Federal government's powers, protecting the rights of the people by preventing Congress from abridging freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly, freedom of religious worship, and the right to bear arms, preventing unreasonable search and seizure, cruel and unusual punishment, and self-incrimination, and guaranteeing due process of law and a speedy public trial with an impartial jury.
Search and Seizure: The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution ensures citizens' right to "be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures
Exceptions to warrant rule: consents to the search. Plain view doctrine "Exigent circumstances" simply means that the officers must act quickly. Typically, this is because police have a reasonable belief that evidence is in imminent danger of being removed or destroyed. certain limited searches are also allowed during an investigatory stop or incident to an arrest. These searches are called Searches incident to a lawful arrest.
Exclusionary rule (e): the exclusionary rule is a legal principle holding that evidence collected or analyzed in violation of the U.S. Constitution is inadmissible for a criminal prosecution in a court of law (that is, it cannot be used in a criminal trial).
The elements of a crime, mens rea etc.
There are three general classes of mens rea (the words used may vary from one state to another and from one definition to another) but the substance is: intention; recklessness sometimes termed willful blindness which may have a different interpretation in the United States; or criminal negligence.

| Boy V.O
I don't have any friends. Just aquintances. They pretend to be my frineds but I know better. Having a close firend is pointless anyway. Sooner or later they will go and leave a large empty place where they were. And then what do you do?
In movies they allways talk about finding a speacial someone who you can spend the rest of your life with. What if my "speacial someone" doesnt like me the same way? I think they should address things like that in the movies. It would make them more worthwhile.
Girl V.O In movies they allways talk about finding a speacial someone who you can spend the rest of your life with. I finally found mine,
But I wasn't his. It think most people would get dissapointed, casue the movies allways show mutal love, but never what life is really like. I'm okay though; They say "Every time a person leaves your life, they are just making room for someone even better to come in."

| The room was dark; expect for a single light on next to an old, musty leather chair. In the chair, being harshly spotlighted by the lamp on the table next to him, was a man. Hot sweet sweat rolled down his weathered face and onto to the double barrel of the shotgun he had in his mouth. David Mickler sat in his favorite chair, with a gun in his mouth, and had one thought:
This has all happend because of a town named affter a steak. Or a steak named affter the town it started in. Two people, a man and a women, recently wed were staying in a hotel in Sailsbury, CT. and even though a steady rain mixed with sleet was falling, they were having the best honey moon, allmost, any couple had ever had. They made love, sweet and passionite. and affterward, when it happend, it was nothing other then another Romp-In-the-Sack. But time proved otherwise. 9 months later David Mickler was born into the world. Davids mothers name was Brette, she was a tall burnette and had a wispy way about her that made all the the women she was friends with say she wasnt all in one place. His Dads name was Tom. Tom was a good man, kind, but was still getting over his college days and would offten come home slighty drunk.
David grew up in a pleasent farm house in Lanchaster Pa. It was off a dirt road and the nearest nieghboor was a ten minute drive. Her name was Mrs. Coldrick, but david wouldnt know her for another ten years. His house had a beutiful lawn with flowers that sourounded an American flag on a tall pole. Every summer they bloamed all diffrent colours. They had six cats that lived in an old barn that looked majestic and rustic covered with snow in the winter.
The farm house made the "American Dream" itself green with envy.
Davids Father worked for a compony in paoli that made Pocket Calculaters and usaully left the house early in the morning and returned late at night affter going to the bar with his freinds. This left alot of time for David and his mom; David to explore the cozy farm house at his own leisure, and time for his mother to worry about the things mothers worry about: new and horrific ways that thier infant could hurt themsleves. Thus Brette Mickler, being a women of a creative (and slightly wispy) mind, came to a wounderful soulotion. instead of keeping young david in a play pen (she refered to them as Lil` Lockups) she turned the entire first floor of the house into a wounderful play ground for david to be safe in. Nothing small that could be chewed was left to be picked up, (she was constently nagging Tom to stop leaving his cigarttes out on the tables) and every table corner was covered with soft foam, so not to cut open the head of a newly walking child. David, who had no thoughts of walking yet, did not crawl but rolled around the house going about his various taskes of exploration. And under each table, to his gleeful delight, he would find pictures of mommy, and daddy, or even himself looking down at him smiling. The final touch was that each picture was on velcro and he was able to take the pictures from table to table; usauy to rearange them into messy piles on the floor.
Davids earlyist memory of this house is of a cardbord box. hed been about 4 years old (5? he couldnt rember) and there had been some sort of delivery for his father. affter removing whatever it was, Davids father left the box out in the yard for David to turn into a castle. David, throughing the packing paper out of the box, dove right in and swam around for what seemed like ages. He fought knights, and killed indians. he went to the moon. And, just when he was getting ready to fight the martians who had found him stealing thier precious treasure, his mothers voice ripped the fantasy apart in a jagged shread. "David," she said with a soft yet firm tone, "Its time for dinner. But, before you eat you need to pick up all the paper."
David looked around him in dismay. He wanted to get the martians. He wanted to eat. He was hungery. Yet there was paper everywhere. "But, Mom-" he began, but she cut him off. "David, ill give you to ten untill i pull down your pants and spank you right here." His mother could say that anywhere, and she allways ment it. This threat would have an un-nautral power over daivd until he was 11. This is the part he rembers: the hot red flush running to his face. The tiny pricks in the corner of his eyes. And the tears that follwed. Picking up each paper on by one. The tears.
The tears.
The tears were back now. Daivd felt them roaring down his face and fallig to the floor. he sat there, crying, thinking about (mom) Steak. that fucking town. Suddeny David caught a mental picture of himsef. A 46 year old man with a shot gun in his mouth, balding at the head and crying his eyes out. This brought on a sort of gagged, moaning sob of a laugh.
Still giggling, David closed his eyes and pulled the trigger. Nothing happend. bemused, david took his mouth out of the gun and stared at it puzzled. He sat there for a while, just staring at the double barrel, and he reallized the problem. "I dont have my finger on the trigger." he said this out loud and the sound of his choked voice startled him. he reached down and remoeved his shoe and sock, re inserted the gun into is mouth and rested is big toe onto the trigger. He thought of how silly he was. stupid toe do your work!
David giggled, and before he could push the trigger his mother face came into his head. Mom. I miss you. but soon ill be with you agian.
He pushed the trigger in at the same time his phone rang.
David died wondering who the hell would want to talk to an old crybaby like himself.
